Bishop Rimbo and the executive synod staff are coming to visit our conference. You are invited to a Lay Leaders Dinner to meet them. This is an opportunity to:
Meet people from local Lutheran congregations, hear from the bishop, share your ministry stories, learn more about what the synod staff does, and ask questions.
Please let Pastor Vanessa know if you plan on attending so she can send the number of attendees to the organizers. All are welcome.

Ésta es una oportunidad para: conocer las personas de congregaciones locales luteranas, escuchar al Obispo, compartir nuestras historias ministeriales, aprender más sobre lo que el personal del sínodo hace, y hacer preguntas.

Guest Preacher
Pr. Jack Horner, assistant to the Bishop for Outreach, will be our guest preacher next Sunday, January 27th in both the English and Spanish services. He will be with us as part of the Bishop's visit to our conference.

Annual Congregational Meeting
The annual congregational meeting this year will be held on Sunday, February 3rd after the 11:00 am join worship service. All members are encouraged to attend. Light refreshments will be served before the meeting

Fair Trade Coffee
We proudly announce that we are now getting the coffee from the Lutheran World Relief Coffee Project. This coffee comes from small-scale farmers in Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the U.S. Since this coffee is a little bit more expensive than the regular one, please take this into consideration when giving your donations to our church. With our support, these communities invest in education, health care, and agricultural improvements. Thanks for your support!
